Megan Coulter, an eighth-grade student at Mascoutah [Mas-coo-tah] Middle School, was hugging her friends goodbye when vice principal, Randy Blakely, saw her and told her she would receive two after-school detentions. Blakely had previously warned Coulter that she was in violation of the school's policy on public displays of affection after she was seen hugging a student at a football game. Mascoutah Superintendent Sam McGowen said that the district's policy helps prevent misunderstandings and unwelcome expressions of affection. Terrance Lee, a black worker, went public with the complaints, saying he was fed up with the racist symbols at the sewage lift station he worked at. Lee says his supervisors dismissed his concerns when he initially went to them about it. Most of the investigation will be based on photographs that Lee took of his superintendent's office. The pictures reportedly shows a noose dangling from a wooden contraption that reaches to the ceiling, a bullwhip hanging from a wooden post labeled as a whipping post and a black man standing at the center of the dart board, with his groin area making up the bull's-eye. The NAACP called on Jefferson Parish to remove all racist property and fire any worker responsible for the materials in the office. Officials in Jefferson Parish said in a news release that "appropriate action" would be taken. They can be arranged into designs and fused together when sprayed with water. Scientists say a chemical coating on the beads, when ingested, metabolizes into the so-called date rape drug gamma hydroxy butyrate. When eaten, the compound -- made from common and easily available ingredients -- can induce unconsciousness, seizures, drowsiness, coma and death. The first victim called police while he was allegedly outnumbered and attacked by a group of bikers while his 10 year old daughter was in the back seat. On the 9-1-1 tape, the man says the bikers were kicking and throwing objects at his car while his daughter cried in the back seat. The second attack happened in a St. Louis' neighborhood. A driver told police several motorcycle riders threw a rock through his rear vehicle window. A back seat passenger suffered minor injuries after getting hit with the rock. Police have not yet made arrests in either case. It was unclear if the two incidents were related. The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) is scheduled address the issue of fatigue today in an annual safety hearing Since 1993, the NTSB has linked pilot fatigue to 10 commercial aviation accidents causing 260 deaths. Airline crews can work up to 16 hours a day, possibly more if a flight is delayed. The NASA system contains 750 incidents since 2003 in which aviation workers cited fatigue-related incidents. Pilots were involved in 650 of those cases. The woman has been charged with second-degree domestic-violence a Assault and ordered held on $75,000 bail.

Hello family,
Today I received and email from ColorofChange.org which i will paste here in a minute. Color of Change.org is upset over the comments made about them and in their email was trying to voice their side of the equation. My girlfriend wrote them an email and asked them why don't they go on Micheal's show to defend themselves? And they responded. In all fairness they should be allowed to speak their piece in their own defense in the same forum in which they have been condemned. My personal opinion is that they should be allowed to confront their accusors in this debacle. Bring the families on that have signed the petition to face this organization to clear the air. Plz save our hospital here in Atlanta GA..Grady Hospital
It is threatening to be shut down in Dec. It has been hanging on for over a year. The hospital is deep in the red. This hospital is for the poor mainly. Those who can't afford insurance. It's the oldest hospital in atlanta and supported by dekalb fulton counties. No other counties will fund this hospital even though their residence r served there. They turn no one away. What I am disappointed is how everybody is putting the blame and responsibility on another group and that's not getting us anywhere. Many of the people don't realize how this will effect them. These pastores should all come together in unity and put monies together to donate to the hospital. From my understandin gthe hospital is basically ran by blacks and this could be the reason why federal help and state help is being denied. Racially motivated.! There is a private organization that is wlling to take it over but they want to get rid of all the blacks in power. I am torn because as long as the blacks r their they can't get the federal help they need....Katrina. but if the white organization takes over then they will be out of the red and the hospital is saved but at what cost. Will this hospital continue to serve the needy and those who can't afford health insurance. It is said to be closed in Dec. if they don't recieve the funds. Eventhough, I don't use this hospital I know the importance of this hospital. It is a big part of the metro Atlanta area. Please make an announcement. Your opinion and respect goes a long way. If u have something to say about it peoplle will move. Please get the dialogue going about this matter. I understand and support the enough is Enough Foundation. God bless u for that. We need a foundation for this hospital. Basically Grady is the black hospital and it's being kicked to the curb along with those it serves. Many elderly men and women depend on this hospital for their dialysis. they have a sickle cell area and so many others. We need your help. Frank Ski , Eddie Long and all these unproductive Uncle Tom folks r no good for our people. We need people like u that carry weight that has proven to be a man of your word and merit. Help us save Grady Hospital!

This was emailed to me yesterday. The person who wrote this "Diego" leaves post on this site too. I remember the last one I saw he said he was a black person leaving in Jena and there was no racism there. He cannot be black.

Beyond being offensive to blacks, the nooses were cut down because black and white students "were playing with them, pulling on them, jump-swinging from them, and putting their heads through them," according to a black teacher who witnessed the scene. * There was no connection between the September noose incident and December attack, according to Donald Washington, an attorney for the U.S. Justice Department in western Louisiana, who investigated claims that these events might be race-related hate crimes. * The three youths accused of hanging the nooses were not suspended for just three days they were isolated at an alternative school for about a month, and then given an in-school suspension for two weeks. * The six-member jury that convicted Bell was, indeed, all white. However, only one in 10 people in LaSalle Parish is African American, and though black residents were selected randomly by computer and summoned for jury selection, none showed up. Skin Head Attack @ Venice Beach...(after I Came Back From Jena)
YO...SOULJAHS AND WARRIORS.....
On Monday, November 5 at 7:00pm... while I was packing up/breaking down my booth... 3 Caucasians approached my booth, one holding a pipe... The one with the pipe, immediately spat on me...and said "Yea..nigger, talk your shit now... we sick of all you niggers and jiggabbos thinking you run VENICE BEACH... this is our neighborhood" He then, with a pipe in his hand, swung at me, (I ducked) and he the smashed a hole in one of my paintings... (a "FREE SPIRIT" painting with all of the religious symbols....how ironic ?" So, natural a picked up a metal chair, folded it up and got ready to take his head off !!! He dropped the pipe, and ran towards the water...his friends...stood there while I got on the phone and called the police.... They then said "We're not in it..." "Don't be no snitch...".... I thought to myself, "WHAT ? " i WAS ABOUT BUST THEM IN THE F***%$#!!@ MOUTHS !!! But.... I thought about it... and realized I am a BLACK MAN in this society and when the police come, I AUTOMATICALLY GO TO JAIL !!! THE POLICE CAME, I WRAPPED THE PIPE UP WITH A T-SHIRT A(SO THEY COULD DUST IT FOR PRINTS (they then told me they could'nt get any off of it !!!) They searched the beach briefly for him, but our descriptions (me, another vendor, and a homeless helper) were kind of vague... So the police drove off.... AND...GUESS WHO CAME BACK... I agree with previous post
I agree with the previous post. Take camcorder or two and have someone film from your spot and another spot close by. That way you can catch him from two angles. As far the physical side of it, your going to have to get some support , more troops for your camp but, by no means carry a weapon. or heck just have the police have an undercover in the area. and that you want a black officer there. That way as an undercover he can be near by you in order to see the full thing posing as a worker. or bum or whatever. Sorry that i couldnt lend some support but i hope this helps.
