RD Finders trainers are certified through one of the following: Cooper Institute, ACE, IDEA, IFPA or ACSM.

Our registered dietitian completed a comprehensive 900 hour training to become registered by the American Dietetic Association.

Strength training, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and motor skill development.

Programs for basic and advanced fitness, sports performance clientele, special needs (multiple sclerosis, diabetes care, pregnancy training, etc.)

Food pantry evaluation and grocery shopping assistance.

Meal planning and adjustments.

Meal preparation demonstration.

Athletic performance meal plans and regimens.

Vegetarian/Vegan Lifestyle management

Lifestyle Coaching Policies

Payment: All coaching sessions must be paid for in advance for scheduled sessions.

Cancellation: All cancellations require 24-hour notice by either party. In the event that 24-hour notice is not given by the client, the client will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled appointment. If the lifestyle coach cancels, the appointment will be rescheduled and given a free training session.
