The Residential Real Estate Finance Specialist (RFS) is a new designation for mortgage professionals. The purpose of the designation is to inform the public that the individual has attained a specific level of proficiency within the mortgage lending industry. Thus, consumers can be confident their mortgage consultant has educational and ethical standards which will govern the transaction.

SERVICES OFFERED:
On-line course in residential real estate finance. Students can now learn traditional residential finance in the comfort and privacy of their home.

Loan Originators Certification. ARI conducts training courses to provide loan originators with the classroom training required for certification by regulatory agencies.

Loan Origination (loan officer) training. This 80 hour course consists of skills training for individuals desiring to enter residential lending. The training is divided into two sections: Mortgage Lending I & II.

Entrepreneurship and Mortgage Lending. This training module prepares graduates for self-employment as Mortgage Brokers.

Home Buyer's Association. This program was started with one goal in mind: To help homebuyers and sellers achieve their goals.

Facts About Credit Repair/Improve Your Credit Now!

According to the Federal Trade Commission, there are some facts that are constant regarding credit repair: 1) no one can legally remove accurate and timely negative information from a credit report and 2) anything a credit repair clinic can do for you legally, you can do for yourself at little or no cost. Thus education becomes a critical component to improving ones credit rating.

Desirable outcomes (higher credit scores) will be dependent upon the quality of the educational program if the facts above are accurate. Labiatae

Habitat: A common garden plant.

Part Used: Dried aerial parts.

Constituents:

Terpenoids; including marrubiin, oleanolic and ursolicacids
Volatile oil, composed mainly of camphor, pinocaphone, thujone, isopinocamphone, with [[alpha]]- and [[beta]]-pinene, [[alpha]]-terpinene, linalool, bornylacetate and many others
Flavonoids, including diosmin and hesperidin.
Miscellaneous: hyssopin (a glucoside), tannins 5-8%, resin.

Actions: Anti-spasmodic, expectorant, diaphoretic, nervine, anti-inflammatory, carminative, hepatic, emmenagogue.

Indications: Hyssop has an interesting range of uses which are largely attributable to the anti-spasmodic action of the volatile oil. It is used in coughs, bronchitis and chronic catarrh. Its diaphoretic properties explain its use in the common cold. As a nervine it may be used in anxiety states, hysteria and petit mal (a form of epilepsy).

King's Dispensatory considers it a " stimulant, aromatic, carminative and tonic. Principally used in quinsy and other sore throats, as a gargle, combined with sage and alum, in infusion sweetened with honey. Also recommended in asthma, coughs, and other affections of the chest, as an expectorant. The leaves applied to bruises, speedily relieve the pain, and disperse every spot or mark from the affected parts."

Combinations: It may be combined with White Horehound and Coltsfoot in the treatment of coughs and bronchitis. For the common cold it may be mixed with Boneset, Elder Flower and Peppermint.

Preparation and dosage: Infusion: pour a cup of boiling water onto l-2 teaspoonfuls of the dried herb and leave to infuse for l0-l5 minutes. This should be drunk three times a day. Tincture: Take l-4 ml of the tincture three times a day.

I am writing in reference to information on promoting myself. I've listened to your show (I first heard about it from my uncle in Chicago) and hear all the positive things you are doing for Nubians (African Americans). It is good that successful Nubians are doing the thang for our people on a large scale like you are! I am a sort of jack-of-many trades but have always had trouble promoting myself. Here's a little about me.

In September of 1999, I lost my grandmother (my mother's mother) and in March of 2000, I lost my father's mother. In October of 2000, I lost my mother to an aneurism. Right before she passed, I finished a manuscript entitled The Human Race Bible. It was a calling card to the human race about the problems we face as a planet. The slogan was "...the success you seek, lies within..." I published it through Iuniverse in 2001 but never got it off the ground because of lack of knowledge of selling myself.

Since then, I've written six more books, written a bunch of poetry, created a unique form of art that I present through cultural formats, started a non-profit for the cultural education of children (The Ellis Foundation), started a newsletter (This Child of Mind) for youth of Georgia and currently install floors as a business I started a few years ago. I've lectured at various universities about religion, spirituality, Black history and other topics during the mid and late nineties and did some inspirational speaking for Nubian Youth.

My books are: The Ankh Akademy - the beginning of a series about five children who learn that they have to save the universe (the answer to Harry Potter for Black Youth), The Nubian Woman/Earth Deity - my tribute to the Black woman, The Nubian Man - my tribute to the brothers, Let Me Inspire You - title says it all, The Chronicles of The Human Race - a follow up to The Human Race Bible and Malachi & I - the story of some my life in a controversial Black organization. They are all print on demand and are slow out the gate but again, self-promotion is my kryptonite.

How does someone go about selling himself, meeting the right people, being in the right place and making his works successful AND balance that with the full plate of a large family (I have eight children, seven at home). I'm happily married and even home school my children. It seems that there aren't enough hours in the day but I persevere.

Synopsis:

This is the story of a former cop and how his deadly actions tear apart a close-knit family one tragic day. It's a story of high hopes and dreams and the untimely loss of innocent life. The startling conclusion will cause you to question our justice system and the value it places on human life.

Treatment Letter:

The best way to tell you about my project is to tell you how I came up with idea to do it. Being fascinated with such movie as, A Time To Kill and Capote, I decided to write a film about two mothers struggling to create a better life, not only for themselves, but their children as well.

Naomi Nixon, a fifty year mother of three, and Latoya Nixon, a twenty four year old mother of two have both started overcoming societal issues and are looking forward to the life they both imagined they’d never have. To protect her children from the many dangers of city life, Naomi takes her children from the mean streets of New Jersey to the quiet security of a small town in South Carolina to move in with her mother, Sylvia. Latoya, Sylvia’s granddaughter, and her two sons live there as well.

Is Jamestown , South Carolina really safer than New Jersey ? This small town is governed by a sixty eight year old cop who has it in for Naomi’s nineteen year old cousin Lorenzo, who is a high school drop out and known drug dealer, but wants to return to school and get his G.E.D.

On the morning of November 28, 2003, the morning after Thanksgiving , Latoya, having been approved for her very own apartment earlier in the week, left her sons packing to walk to Lorenzo’s house to use his truck. Naomi’s fifteen year old daughter, Melissa, wants to help so she follows. Twenty minutes later, the three are standing near the highway talking as the sixty eight year old cop comes driving up, aiming a .12 gauge rifle at Lorenzo. As he instructs the girls to run away, one shot goes off. Lorenzo is shot in the face but lives. This is a .12 gauge at close range, as Latoya and Melissa run away, they too are shot and instantly killed from the spreading pellets. All three are hit with one shot, and now the family has to deal with the murderous cop in court.

What if I reveal that everything I said here is true?:( It really happened to my family and that is what my script is about. A real story about real people struggling in the south.

I am still seeking investors to make this film happen. If any of you know of anyone that will at least take a look at what I have, that'd be great. I do have an entertainment attorney that's working very closely with me and she'd be glad to speak to anyone more in detail. Not only is my film a true story, but it will also have an impact on society because the officer who shot them is only serving eighteen months in prison. That’s right, eighteen months.

True events are a tremendous source of material. Whether presented in documentary form or dramatized, true events have a natural resonance. Audiences seem drawn to true stories, which in turn provide excellent marketing opportunities. True stories cannot be owned by anyone. The first amendment grants the filmmaker (me) the right to tell a story using his own expression.

For the guerilla filmmaker, many true stories need to be told to promote ideas and impact society. Given these positive attributes, true stories are a natural source of material. A movie such as Boy’s Don’t Cry, which highlights rape and murder, is compelling because of the awful truth it reveals. As such, the filmmaker had a story she needed to tell and it gained world wide recognition.

My interpersonal style is to work in partnership with my patients, emphasizing "quality of life" by focusing on the whole individual, treating metabolic dysfunctions and causes of illness not just symptoms. I work with children and their parents who suffer from developmental and learning delays, behavioral problems, and other complex medical issues.

The adult patients that I treat suffer from infectious diseases, immune dysregulation/dysfunction, and food and other complex environmental sensitivities. My patients are diagnosed with connective tissue diseases such as Arthritis, Lupus, and Sjogren Syndrome. The diagnoses of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Multiple Chemical Sensitivity Disorder, Sensory Integration Dysfunction, Immune Dysfunction, Fibromyalgia, allergies, food and environmental sensitivities are also common among my patient population.

My younger patients are suffering with developmental delays that include diagnoses such as Static Encephalopathy, PDD-NOS (Pervasive Developmental Disorder-Not Otherwise Specified), Sensory Integration Dysfunction, Expressive and Receptive Language Delay, Gross and Fine Motor deficits, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Immune Dysfunction.
