I think that yes we parents are killing our kids with the food that we feed them. I include myself on the bunch because its very easy to go to a fast food restaurant to get something done then to make something ourself especially when we are running late or just plain lazy.

are killing these children including me. We all have been conditioned to get things the fast, quick & easy way because our time has become much more limited than our ancestors time was. Most of our grandmothers didn't work, stayed home and cooked 15 course meals everyday so we didn't have to worry about eating healthy other than "how much real butter did she say she used." I already do commit to cooking 5 days per week and the other two days I tell the kids "every man for themselves". I do buy lots of fruits, veggies; we eat a lot different from a lot of people I know. Chicken burgers are so much better than beef burgers  If you must eat a burger make it a healthy one.

Always: Love, Peace & Harmony all over the world

I am not a parent, that is, no childrens, but I think all parents should take the time to make out a menu for each day, seven days. Include vegetables and fruits for five days in that menu, maybe the last two days could be a healthy snack! Eating out is A-O-K!, but who is cooking it. You know what you want you childrens to eat, stay away from the restaurants, all of them, use your kitchen, make out a menu for the week and stick to it. The next week, change up and see what happens. I love home cooked meals, you know what you are eating, you know who cooked it.

Go back to what your Grandmother taught you, eat healthy and cook your own food. Cleanse the kids once a week with something. Food can stress out the stomach. Look at my site www.gattea.com this site will explain about cleansing and how to keep it moving and not to get stopped up. These foods of the day are chemical made.
And our kids have gain lots of weight. The doctor is giving them more pills to counter the chemical reaction. This has spiraled out of control illness such as High blood pressure and diabetes and even fibroids are out of control.
Help the children with this cleansing Tea called Gat Tea just take time to help us save the kids of today. "Educate"
click here www.gattea.tv and pass this along to everyone you know. This is a red alert

Hello all...
I hope this is the appropriate place for this post. I am looking for health insurance and was wondering if
anyone has any experience with a company called Health Assurance Network? I'm just looking for basic insurance and don't want to get 10,000 calls...
Here's a direct link to their website (http://www.healthassurancenetwork.com).
Please let me know if anyone has any first hand experience with this company.

Thanks!
