I have a 15 year old Autistic son who does not speak and I am terrified everyday that he will become the victim of some sick and twisted individual that will try to take advantage of him.
Because of his inability to speak words, I inspect him everyday to see if there are any unusual marks or anything unusual on or about his body or if he is showing any unusual behaviors. This is often times very difficult because he is in the puberty stage now and he has discovered his body parts but he does not really understand alot about why his body is changing.
So for the parents who have children that are disabled and your children are left in the care of others, pay attention to and question any changes in behaviors that your child may show. Also question any converstions they start to have
Keep your kids cover in prayer at all times.

method to this crazied maddness is PRAYER & education for ALL children. You can't think of all the possible situations they can get involved in that could bring them face-toface with a SICK person that would even think about doing something like this less more doing it. I do role playing with my children to try to bring them awareness because it can be anyone family, friend, boyfriend, friends parents, strangers ANYBODY and they must be made aware of this. IT IS WRONG WHEN ANYONE TRIES SOMETHING LIKE THIS. And you must be graphic about it and stop using the baby words because the SICK person will not baby them. Take a non-offenders class as I have (for free to bring myself up to speed on offenders and how they think, when children are infants in daycare it is really scary and these classes give you awareness of signs to look for even in infants) They use to offer these classes when I lived in the North to brand new parents. Not sure if they offer them anymore but this is what they need to bring back classes like this.
