Veteran Los Angeles School Police Officer Fred Hendrix founded the non-profit organization Juvenile Justice Inc (http://www.juvenilejusticeinc.com) for the purpose of educating parents and teens about the law, dealing successfully with law enforcement, and the juvenile justice system.

He also created a great CD with critical information that parents and children can put into use immediately.

Fred gave out 100s of this CD free to crowds and buses in Jena, LA last week. He still has a few left from the trip so you can get yours by emailing him at Fred@juvenilejusticeinc.com or calling 323.445.9352 and leaving your contact information.

Fred was on Mike's show on 9/11 and hopefully Mike we'll have him back on the show today during the 3rd hour. He has so much great info to share with the family!

It hurts me sometimes to read these comments because I think to myself if we were truly united and stood behind a worthy organization by us for us, no one would even dare to think to wrongfully commit one of us! C'mon people!

What I would like to see is can something be established in each state, again I see that as something where we all can work together, and that's putting everyone in a leadership position. All the statues and regulations can be carefully looked at. Judges and attorneys little okey-doke mess can be caught in time, so that there will not have to be more Genarlow's or Jena 6's.

I guess my question is who would we need to talk too????

:) There Are Some Law Libraries For Children To Go To In Their Communites That Are Open To The Public.:) Reading Is Fundamental
And Its Needed Amougst Our Children. All Parents Should Take A Part In Taking Their Children To The Library And Getting Them A Library Card At An Early Age. And Getting Them Off The Internet And Back Into The Books. Cause When You Go To Court You Can't Take A Laptop. You Have To have Written Documentation On Hand. Cause The First Thing The Judges Are Going To Ask If You Go To Court Is Do You Have Written Prove.

Get In The Practice Young Adults In Writing, And Documenting Anything And Everything That A Person Say, Does Or Do To You That You Feel Is Unjust. That Means The Time, The Date, Notarization From Witnesses Of Any Incident. It's So Important. Especially When Your Visiting An Attorney It Can Help Him Or Her So Much In A Case. Cause You Have Wriiten Prove.

I have not forgotten about him. That boy was a premiere athlete. He would have had a football career if it weren't for the racist Georgia Senator. That boy did not rape that girl. The Georgia Senator could not fathom that a white girl was on her knees with a black penis in her mouth. He couldn't erase that image from his brain. This Senator is out for personal vengeance. Would it have been better if the white girl would have been on her knees for a white male instead of a black male? The answer is yes. Both of them were teenagers. Teenagers experiment. Sometimes the experiments are thoughtless. None the less, they both were teenagers. What they did was stupid and immature, but again, that is what teenagers do, they do stupid things. The whole incident isn't worth a boy losing 10 years of his life. Not to condone it or anything, but our teenagers these days are having sex and experimenting at early ages. This incident was a prime example of teenagers doing adult things, but not worth going to jail for 10 years over it. If it were white on white this would not have been a big issue. Anyways, what teenage boy with raging hormones (black or white) would turn down someone
offering them oral sex? I don't know of too many who would turn that offer down. The Georgia Senator needs to concentrate on the real issue, which is totally his issue alone and that issue is racism.

Genarlow Wilson was a 17 year old star athlete (http://www.americaiswatching.org/genarlow_wilson_border_patrol)and honors student in 2003 when he attended a New Year's Eve Party in Douglasville, Georgia and had consensual oral sex with a 15 year old girl. He was found guilty of felony child molestation and sentenced to 10 years in prison. A judge overturned Wilson's case in June of 2007, and he was going to be set free...until Georgia Attorney General Thurbert Baker announced he would appeal that decision to the Georgia Supreme Court, which effectively keeps Wilson in jail where as of today, he remains. The media seems to have forgotten Genarlow. I contacted his attorney, B.J. Bernstein. She says they are waiting on the Georgia Supreme Court's decision which is to be made "by the end of the month." Well, it's almost the end of the month, and no decision has been made.

Genarlow can receive letters through his attorney: Please write to him at:

Here is what you can do:

Write Georgia Attorney General Thurbert Baker, call or fax him and express your outrage against this appeal to the Georgia Supreme Court. Genarlow could have been out of jail in June, after having already served over two years.

When you hear of stories like the Jena 6 and Genarlow Wilson, it makes one wonder what's going on. Looking at both sides of these miles apart situations, you'w know that race plays a HUGE part. Nooses were hung, a black boy was jumped after being invited to a party by a white chick, a white boy brags about the jumping of the black boy and he gets stumped out, and then WOW!!!!! a beat down is 2nd degree murder. Give a beat down, you get a beat down. Fifteen year old white girl performing oral sex on a 17 year old, consented act, WOW!!! it's child molestation. If it was a white teen nothing would've been said and she probably would've continued doing that favor for others. This was the mom's way to "protect" her little girl's dignity, can't have people talking about her daughter doing that to a black boy. RACISM is alive and well, living evilly. WE need to stand and put a STOP to it's reign, PERMANENTLY.
